Global Faculty Leadership Labs
Global Faculty is a non-profit network connecting influential academics to ambitious practitioners worldwide. Our mission is to help people and organizations across the developing world to create public value by enhancing the leadership and managerial skills required for innovation and social change.
Global Faculty designs and delivers leadership labs on public sector
innovation in low and middle income countries. By organizing programs
locally and keeping costs low, we improve access to first-class
executive education for public managers in the developing world.
Clients of Global Faculty are organizations committed to improving
public sector performance, promoting social justice, and strengthening
democratic governance. Our programs are demand driven, tailor made and
context specific: no program is the same. Each leadership lab we create
includes a mix of participatory learning methods, through which
participants develop their analytical and practical skills.
We draw our faculty from a diverse range of disciplines and countries,
work with highly diverse participant groups, and operate closely with
local (academic) partners. Our model also affords volunteering faculty
a rich teaching experience, and enhances mutual understanding across
cultural and institutional boundaries.
Global Faculty is looking for faculty to join our network, and for
partners and sponsors to help to expand our reach. If you share our
commitment to improving the capacity for collaborative democratic
governance worldwide, please get in touch.

Improving access is creating a better match between the societal commitment and institutional capacity to deliver rights and services and people’s capacity to enjoy those rights and services. We are dedicated to exploring the mechanisms that impede access and to promoting innovations that improve access.
