<description> - &#x3C;p&#x3E;Anja van der Wal is working as independent program manager since 2008. Prior to that, Anja was Senior Program Manager at the Centre for Government Studies (CGS) at Leiden University, The Netherlands. Before she joined the CGS she worked as program and project manager at the Police Force Amsterdam, the Public Prosecutor&#x27;s Office in Haarlem and the Ministry of Justice in The Hague. Anja has vast experience in managing and implementing programs in complex administrative environments. After having lived in India for two years, she is currently based in Budapest, Hungary. <title>Joeri van den Steenhoven (Organizing and Content Partner/The Netherlands)</title>

<description> - Joeri van den Steenhoven is chairman and co-founder of Knowledgeland (KL), an independent Dutch thinktank. With a team of about 15 people he develops strategies, projects and networks to make the Dutch society smarter. Since the start in 1999 Knowledgeland has contributed strongly to the public debate on innovation in the Netherlands. Most often by providing sharp analyses and translating them into strategies and projects. Joeri regularly writes, speaks, advises and teaches on subjects related to knowledge, technology, innovation and society. Amongst others, he was co-author of the Knowledge Economy Monitor. With KL he has developed and managed numerous innovation projects. Joeri is also member of the Board of Directors of the European thinktank Lisbon Council in Brussels, Belgium.</description>

<title>Albert Jan Kruiter (Associate/Hungary)</title>

<description> - &#x3C;p&#x3E;Albert Jan Kruiter is working as independent researcher and trainer on democratic governance and policy implementation issues. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration. Albert Jan published extensively on democracy in the network society, which was also the subject of his Ph.D. thesis. He was senior researcher and consultant at the Centre for Government Studies (CGS) at Leiden University, The Netherlands. Before joining the CGS he worked for the Netherlands School of Public Administration, where he developed several executive education programs. The last years he has been consulting a variety of public sector organizations including ministries, NGOs and local governments on innovation, evaluation and governance based issues. From 2010 Albert Jan continues his work in Hungary, after having spent two years in India.&#x3C;/p&#x3E;</description>
